The OSCON slides are at:

Don’t think about looking at them in any browser besides Firefox. (I’ll probably fix this next week).

Wasn't at OScon this year, but thanks for mentioning my CanvaSVG hack!

So how'd the presentation go? Did Macromedia surrender?

A couple of very nice Adobe guys came up after to talk about the cool stuff that's coming in Flash. Sigh. I suggested that they give the player source code away so it could be integrated in Firefox, Safari and IE, but they didn't bite. They did say something about the file format being freely available, though the key bullet point on their license page *for the format* is: "This license does not permit the usage of the specification to create software which supports SWF file playback."
